Freer Road Construction Summer 2026
CURBSIDE RECYCLING ALERT
Freer Road in Chelsea is currently southbound only from June 2026 until construction is completed. If you live on Freer road and have WWRA curbside recycling bins, please do the following.
West (Beach Middle School) Side residents in the red zone: Continue placing your bins at the end of your driveway.
East (Chelsea High School) Side residents in the red zone: Place your bin on the west side of the street (across the street from your driveway), if possible. This will allow us to do one southbound pass of the area and pick up bins for residents on the east and west side.
Service will not be impacted on side streets or detour streets. Please email wwraeduoutreach@gmail.com with any questions. As a reminder, all recycling bins should be out on your day of service 7:00 am-5:00 pm, regardless of construction.
